Due to the nature of handmade bath and body products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or removed from their sealed packaging for safety and hygiene reasons.
Non-Returnable Items

- Opened or used bath and body products
- Items that have been unsealed or handled in a way that prevents resale
- Sale or clearance items
- Customized or limited seasonal items (if stated on the product page)
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request clear photos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The shipping label
This helps us review the issue and determine the appropriate next step, which may include a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Once the return is approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs paid for optional upgraded shipping (if selected) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible unopened items.

After an order has been handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.
