🎃 1. What kind of products do you sell?
We specialize in handmade bath, body, and home fragrance products inspired by all things Halloween — all year round!
Our range includes wax melts, soaps, scrubs, perfumes, body butters, and more, all crafted in small batches with love and care.
🕯️ 2. Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes! 🐰 All Twisted Allure products are cruelty-free and made with high-quality ingredients.
We never test on animals — only willing humans!
🕷️ 3. Are your products vegan?
Many of our products are vegan-friendly, but a few may contain natural ingredients like beeswax.
Check each product description for detailed ingredient information.
🎃 4. How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
🕯️ 5. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — currently, we only ship within the United States.
We’re working on expanding worldwide soon!
🕸️ 6. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placing them, as long as they haven’t entered production or shipping.
Once an order is processed, we can’t guarantee changes — but contact us and we’ll do our best to help!
🕷️ 7. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Oh no! We’re so sorry that happened.
Please email support@twisteallure.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged or incorrect item and your order number.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
🎃 8. Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the personal nature of our bath and body products, we can’t accept returns once an item has been opened or used.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace or refund it — no worries!

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
