All orders are handcrafted and packed with care.
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment (this excludes weekends and holidays).

During peak seasons (like Halloween), processing times may extend slightly due to high order volume.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

We currently ship within the United States only.

💌 Shipping Rates:
All orders are shipped at a flat rate of $6.99 per order.
Orders over $75 ship FREE.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and all packages are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

🕷️ 3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or severe weather.

Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real time.
If you haven’t received tracking details after 5 business days, please contact us at support@twistedallure.com.

🧡 5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
If they cannot resolve the issue, email us — we’ll do our best to help locate your order.

Twisted Allure is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer

Please double-check your address during checkout.
