We want every customer to have a truly delightful (and spooky) experience. Because our products are handmade and often custom-poured or mixed, we handle returns carefully to ensure fairness, quality, and hygiene.
Please read the policy below before placing your order.
๐ฏ๏ธ 1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of bath, body, and home fragrance products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once items have been opened or used.
However, we will happily replace or refund any item that arrives:

Damaged,

Defective, or

Incorrect (wrong item sent).
If you experience an issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@twisteallure.com with:

Your order number,

A brief description of the problem, and

Clear photos of the product and packaging.
Weโll respond within 24โ48 hours to resolve your case.
๐ 2. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed.
Once an order is in production or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
๐ธ๏ธ 3. Refunds (If Approved)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 5โ7 business days after confirmation.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
๐ฏ๏ธ 4. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Used body care products (scrubs, soaps, lotions, oils, etc.)

Opened wax melts or perfumes

Sale, clearance, or limited-edition items

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
If you are returning an approved item, youโll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs.
